| STUART Collection from Jaycee Furniture |
| During the early 17th century with the dawn of the early Stuart period, the popularity of heavily designed Gothic designs declined in favour of a simpler and perhaps more elegant look. The Stuart Collection favours this plainer style, unadorned, raised fielded panel oak doors and drawer fronts, with oak knobs and plain H or parliament hinge. |
Even the leading light glass doors favour a plainer rectangular design. There is some subtle decoration in the form of "guilloche" carving of interlaced ribbons which appears on the cross rails. |
